Meet Our Chiropractor

Luke Turner MChiro DC LRCC (Doctor of Chiropractic), began as a Chiropractor in August 2013 after graduating from the Anglo European College of Chiropractic. 11 years have passed since graduating for Luke. He has worked for one of the most established clinics in Britain for 5 years, but has been running PureChiro Clinic for 6 years in Dronfield.

"Growing up around Chiropractic, I was astonished to see how this profession not only changed my family's life for the better, but for countless others too. After realising the potential of it, I made it my ambition to one day become a Doctor of Chiropractric."

Luke went on to realise his ambition by completing the gruelling five year course at the Anglo European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth, gaining a master's degree at the end.
"During my time training, I was lucky enough to treat a whole range of individuals and personalities including: triathletes, marathon runners, a GB Olympic coach, elite soldiers, and new born babies."
Luke is also a proud member of the United Chiropractic Association and is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council (Chiropractic profession's governing body). To further his knowledge, he has attended Chiropractic seminars taught by world renowned Chiropractors. Luke practices with a variety of techniques and is able to help with all of the joints in the body, not only spinal problems. He also has a particular interest in helping his patients reach a goal of optimum health.
"In my experience, people with healthy habits tend to get fewer of the problems that Chiropractors traditionally treat."

Luke likes to remain healthy by: eating well, receiving regular Chiropractic adjustments, hiking with his family, being part of the swimming community and running in events such as The Fan Dance in the Brecon Beacons and the London Marathon.

Meet Our Massage Therapist
Hello, I'm Sophie!

It's been a wonderful journey so far at PureChiro Clinic, where I started in May 2025 as a Massage Therapist and Practice Manager. My background includes graduating as a Midwife in 2021, and I still enjoy the occasional NHS shift.

My personal interest in Chiropractic Care began back in 2016 when I met Luke. For years, I struggled with persistent pain and fatigue, and it was chiropractic treatment that made a profound difference, allowing me to pursue my degree and manage the demanding nature of midwifery shifts.

When I'm not at the clinic, I'm busy being a mum to our beautiful daughter, Bonnie, who arrived in February 2024, and our lovely dog, Tilly. My favourite way to unwind is by taking walks in the countryside and enjoying playgroup adventures with Bonnie. Weekends are all about precious family time!

I'm incredibly passionate about my role at PureChiro, where I get to help our community complement their Chiropractic Care with the benefits of Massage. I can't wait to meet you and hope to be a supportive part of your wellness journey.

Meet Our Chiropractic Assistants

Hi, I’m Karen,
I recently started working at PureChiro (Nov 24) as a Chiropractic assistant. Dr Luke and the team are amazing! They were so welcoming, making me feel at home straight away. I’ve already had the pleasure of meeting many lovely patients and being a chatterbox, I always look forward to catching up with them.
Chiropractic treatment became a part of my life in my late 20s, shortly after my second pregnancy. After a prolonged period of pain and numerous Dr’s appointments, I was recommend to see a Chiropractor and haven’t looked back since.
I’ve always been health conscious and maintained a healthy lifestyle. In my younger years I played a lot of sport. However, over the last 3 years I’ve found a new love for reformer pilates, which has been amazing at building up my core strength.
On my days off, you’ll find me out in the peaks walking my cockapoo, Ozzie. I have a passion for travelling, meeting new people and exploring new places.
I’m looking forward to welcoming you to the clinic.
Hello, I’m Erica,

After 23 years as a primary school teacher, I decided to have a change of career. I feel very lucky to have joined the special team at PureChiro, where I have already had the privilege to meet so many wonderful patients. Living locally and continuing to be part of the community means so much to me. My values sit within wellness and wellbeing, so a role at the clinic is just perfect.

My passions and interests include long countryside walks, travel and reading. I also enjoying skiing and watching and playing golf. However, my greatest joy is watching my son Will playing rugby and basketball. Weekends are spent either on muddy sidelines, or in sports halls, cheering him and his teammates on. Time with family and friends is more than precious to me.

Having seen Luke’s work improve the health and mobility of my husband, mum and sister, I am so happy to be working here. I really look forward to meeting you in clinic, and being a part of your PureChiro journey.
